Email and domain audits
We analyse your domain's public surface (DNS, email, certificates and data leaks that are already public) and give you a clear report with the diagnosis and what needs fixing. The audit delivers the diagnosis and the action plan. Fixes are not included: if you want us to apply them or coordinate them with your IT provider, they are quoted in writing and invoiced separately.

How do I order an audit?
Choose the service, send your domain and company details, and we confirm scope and price in writing. Work begins once payment and your signed authorisation are received. The Basic audit is delivered in three to five working days from that point. Questions: +34 604 13 18 16.
What do I need to provide?
The domain or domains to review, your company’s legal details for the invoice, and a signed authorisation. For a cloud cost audit you also grant read-only billing access, which you can revoke when we finish. We never ask for administrator passwords.
Are corrections included in the price?
No. The audit delivers the diagnosis and a prioritised action plan. If you want us to apply the fixes or coordinate them with your IT provider, we quote that work in writing and invoice it separately, so the audit price stays fixed and transparent.
Payment by bank transfer
If you'd prefer to pay by bank transfer, email us at [email protected] stating the service and we'll send you the bank details. By making the transfer, you confirm that you are acting as a business or professional and accept the General Terms and Conditions. Put your company name in the payment reference and send the proof of payment and your tax ID (NIF/CIF) to [email protected].
Service terms
- Payment upfront: work only starts once payment is confirmed and the authorisation is signed.
- The scope is fixed and defined in writing before work starts.
- Any later review is booked as a new service.
- No discounts.
- No liability for changes made by the client, their provider or third parties after delivery.
