Fixed-price services
Scope defined in writing before we start. No monthly fees or long-term contracts. Any work that goes beyond checking public information is only carried out once a company representative has signed the authorisation.
1. Email and domain audit (public attack surface)
We review what anyone can see about your company online, using only public information, and explain the risks in plain language.
What we review
- Email protection against spoofing: SPF, DKIM and DMARC (the risk of someone sending emails “in the name of” your company, such as fake invoices).
- Public DNS records, WHOIS data and domain expiry.
- Website certificate and publicly visible security headers (Full).
- Corporate email addresses exposed in known data leaks (Full).
- PDF report with a traffic-light rating (red/amber/green) and a prioritised list of actions.
- 30-minute meeting to explain the results.
The audit delivers the diagnosis and the action plan. Fixes are not included: if you want us to apply them or coordinate them with your IT provider, they are quoted in writing and invoiced separately.

5. Property Manager Peace-of-Mind Pack
Designed for property managers (also suitable for business advisory firms and professional practices): Full Audit (up to 3 domains + website + data leaks) + Simple Automation (1 workflow, e.g. receipts or invoices → spreadsheet), with the same scope and terms as each individual service. Fixing the audit findings is not included: it is quoted and invoiced separately. Fixed quote after diagnosis.

Immediate help if you suspect your email has been spoofed or compromised, you've received a fraudulent invoice or you've lost access to an account: containment, account recovery and recommendations to stop it happening again. Billed by the hour (minimum 1 hour) or as a prepaid 5-hour package. Fixed quote after diagnosis. Requires signed authorisation (this can be signed digitally on the spot).

7. Cloud migration
We move servers, applications, databases and files to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud – from your own machines, a hosting provider or another cloud – with a written, phased plan and a rollback plan in place. Fixed quote after diagnosis.

Which services does VRTXCLOUD offer?
Passive email and domain security audits (Basic, Complete and Pack), preventive digital intelligence on brand impersonation and exposure, cloud cost audits for AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or hosting, and automation of repetitive business processes. Every service has a closed scope agreed in writing before work begins.
What is the difference between the Basic and Complete audits?
The Basic audit covers one domain: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, public DNS and domain expiry, with a PDF report and a 30-minute meeting. The Complete audit covers up to three domains and adds web certificate and security headers plus exposure of corporate addresses in known leaks.
Do you test or attack my systems?
No. Our work is preventive and passive: we only analyse information your organisation already publishes on the internet. We do not try to break into systems, scan ports or access accounts. Any analysis beyond public data requires your signed authorisation and a written scope.
Do you also handle cloud migration and data engineering?
Yes. We plan and carry out migrations to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, and build data pipelines that connect your business tools, databases and reports. Each project starts with a diagnosis of your current environment, followed by a fixed written quote with a closed scope before any work begins.
Is there a monthly fee or minimum contract?
No. Each service is a one-off engagement with a closed scope and price agreed in writing. There are no subscriptions or lock-in periods. If you later want help applying the corrections, that work is quoted separately so you always know the cost in advance.
How are your services priced?
We do not publish rates. Each service receives a fixed quote after a short diagnosis of your situation, with scope and price agreed in writing before work starts. There are no subscriptions or lock-in periods, and any extra work, such as applying corrections, is quoted separately in advance.
Terms
- Payment upfront: 100% of the amount before work starts, by card via a secure Stripe link (invoice issued automatically) or by bank transfer. For large automation projects, payment can be split 50% at the start and 50% before delivery.
- Price: fixed quote after diagnosis, confirmed in writing before work starts; applicable taxes are itemised on the invoice.
- Turnaround: audits delivered within 3–5 working days of payment and receipt of the signed authorisation.
- Fixed scope: the scope of each engagement is defined and agreed in writing before work starts. Anything not listed in it is not included.
- Later reviews: any new review, check or analysis after delivery is a new service, with its own quote and payment.
- Changes after delivery: vrtxcloud is not responsible for changes that the client, their IT provider or third parties make to systems, domains or configurations after delivery.
- Confidentiality: results are only shared with the client.
